What Durple looks like
Durple is a purple dragon-like character with two long horns and fin-shaped frills along the sides of his head. He has large expressive eyes and floppy ears that shift with his emotions, and although he looks like a dragon he has no wings, no tail and no fire breath.
Durple's sound
Durple is one of the Melodies characters in Sprunki. In a mix, Durple adds the trumpet melody layer, so the loop changes the moment Durple is placed on or taken off the stage. Durple plays a trumpet melody, and his profile also lists the tuba as part of his sound. The brass tone is wide and slightly raspy, so it cuts through a busy mix and works well as the main tune in an upbeat track. He releases short bursts of sound from the corner of his mouth, which is why his part often sounds like a call that the rest of the mix answers.

Durple in Horror Mode
His horror portrait keeps the dragon shape, but the purple darkens, his eyebrows vanish and his eyes stay unnaturally wide with mismatched pupils. He shows almost no expression until he sings, when his mouth stretches open to show sharp teeth before snapping shut again.
Mix ideas with Durple
Pair him with Garnold so the short synth notes fill the space between his trumpet phrases. Pair him with Oren, because the steady kick drum under the long brass notes stops the melody from drifting.
