How to Send a Copyright Notice
Email copyright notices to contact@sprunki.wiki. Include your name, contact information, the copyrighted work you claim was infringed, the exact Sprunki Wiki URL, the material you want reviewed, and enough detail for us to locate it.
Required Statements
Your notice should include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Signature
Please include a physical or electronic signature. A typed legal name at the end of an email may be enough for initial review, but we may ask for more information if the request is incomplete or unclear.
Review and Removal
We may remove, disable, replace, or restrict access to material while reviewing a notice. We may also forward details of the complaint to the affected submitter, hosting provider, or other parties when needed to resolve the issue.
Counter Notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, email contact@sprunki.wiki with the removed URL, your contact information, and a clear explanation. Do not send false notices or counter notices.
