Horror Mode forms in this group
Mr. Sun: In Horror Mode his face stops smiling: the mouth becomes one huge eye and the rays stiffen into sharp, ear-like points. Durple: His horror portrait keeps the dragon shape, but the purple darkens, his eyebrows vanish and his eyes stay unnaturally wide with mismatched pupils. Mr. Tree: In Horror Mode his green leaves and brown trunk fade to grey and his eyes turn cold, while a missing-person poster appears behind him. Simon: His Horror Mode form is mostly darkness: the yellow fades out, the outline of his body dissolves and his eyes become shallow, empty sockets. Tunner: In his horror portrait his fedora is damaged and one eyelid droops lower than the other. The whole stage switches to Horror Mode when Black is placed, and every character here has a darker look and a darker sound to match.
